This module is designed to train and equip supervisors to allocate cleaning chemicals required for cleaning biohazard decontamination processes.
Minimum Entry Requirement
• 18 to 60 years old
• Have knowledge of various cleaning chemicals used in carrying out cleaning activities
• Majority below Secondary level or even without formal education
• Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 3

Manage customers with the goal of improving business relationships with customers and achieving service requirements by collaborating with customers to achieve service outcomes.
Minimum Entry Requirement
a) Be above 18 years of age to 55 years of age with secondary school education;
b) Job role of Cleaning Supervisors, Cleaning Team Leaders, Operations Manager and new Busi-ness Owners entering the Cleaning Industry;
c) have at least 2 years of industry experience;
d) have knowledge of various cleaning chemicals used in carrying out cleaning activities
e) able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 3

This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Cleaning Sector.

Supervise the implementation of safe work practices and maintain workplace risk control measures at workplace.
Minimum Entry Requirement
a) be above 18 years of age;
b) at least 2 years of industry experience;
c) Have knowledge of various cleaning chemicals used in carrying out cleaning activities
d) Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 3.
